Ryan Reynolds has revealed the true pain he went through to play Wade Wilson in Deadpool & Wolverine after ignoring the golden rule of movie preparation.

The Deadpool star – whose MCU debut is currently blazing past the billion dollar mark at the box office – shared a warning about the perils of ignoring advice about heavy prosthetic make-up. He shared a hilarious look behind the scenes of Deadpool & Wolverine in four new images on X.

In the wake of the revelation that Henry Cavill made himself unwell by smoking cigars throughout his time on set to stay in character as Wolverine, Reynolds’ post sheds more light on the cost of playing superheroes. But then, who needs eyebrows?
